The Teen Advisory Board, (a.k.a. TAB) meets at the South Holiday Library the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm.   Our next meeting is Wednesday, May 4th.

Come on in and make suggestions on programs, books & other materials.  Earn volunteer hours and have a great time!

Teens!  We will be playing "Minute to Win It!" in the South Holiday Meeting Room on Wednesday, April 20th at 6pm.  Compete in quick games of physical skill, coordination, and outright hilarity. Based on the television show Minute to Win It.  Prizes and Refreshments Provided by the Friends of the Library.

Spring Crafts for Elementary Age on Saturday, April 16 at 2pm at South Holiday

Kids!  Did you hear all the birds singing?  It's spring!  Come on in to the South Holiday Meeting Room on Saturday, April 16th at 2:00 and celebrate the season with some Spring Crafts!

Time to get creative and enjoy yourself at this free program!

S.C.O.R.E. How to Successfully Obtain a Business Loan on Wednesday 4/13 at South Holiday

South Holiday Library and S.C.O.R.E. present "How to Successfully Obtain a Business Loan" on Wednesday, April 13 at 5:30 p.m. in the South Holiday Meeting Room.

The aim is to teach participants the right way to successfully apply for and obtain the desired dollar amount of business capital from local banks and/or the SBA. This seminar is suited for business men and women, who wish to finance an expansion of current operations, develop and promote a new marketing/sales campaign, or purchase their business property. It is also designed for those men and women who wish to finance a new business startup or purchase a mature business.

Highlights (Teaching Points) of this seminar

- How conventional and SBA business loans are obtained

- Loans for veterans, women, and minorities.

- The terms and conditions of business loans: what they are and how they affect the borrower

- How to determine the best bank for your financing sources

- Credit reports and credit scores – how they affect many facets of your life
