The Summer Reading Club gets underway Thursday, June 17th at 2 p.m.  Join us in the South Holiday meeting room for a free pool party program.  No swimsuits are needed  - just your crafting skills, chalk art plans and limbo moves!

And remember to report your books!

Open to those who will be in grades K through 5 in the fall and their families.

Pirates @ South Holiday Library for teens

Our first free summer program for teens is this Wednesday June 16th @ 6 p.m. when pirates will invade our meeting room.

Come on in and see the action!

Open to those who will be in grades 6 through 12 this fall. 

Storytime resumes on Tuesday!

Our brief summer break is over and storytimes start back up Tuesday morning.  Toddlers meet in the South Holiday Meeting room at 10:15 a.m. and the pre-school set meet at 11:00 a.m.

Remember all stories read in storytime count towards your Summer Reading Club total!

Tween Program - Friday June 11

Are you going to be in grades 4 - 7 in the fall?

Yes?  Join us for Beach Castaway Jewelry on Friday 6/11 at 2 p.m.

We will use rope, shells, and other beach combing treasures to make into jewelry.  It is free and at South Holiday library.

Bubblemania and Company will be in the library to entertain and get us all ready for the Summer Reading Program.  Come join the festivities on Saturday, June 5 at 11 a.m. and get signed up for all the fun!   Best of all, it is free!

Time to Register for Summer Reading!

You can now register for summer reading!  You just have to promise to read and mini-report on any book you read over the summer and you will win cool prizes!  If you finish at least 6 before July 31, then you will be invited to a special party in early August.

                                              

If you reading to a little one this summer - sign them up!  You need to read 20 books to them before July 31 to be eligible for the party.
