Tween Program - Go Green! With Earth Day Crafts

Go Green with Earth Day Crafts at the South Holiday Library, Saturday April 24 @ 2pm.  This craft is a tween program for kids in grades 4-7.

The theme for our program is about "Going Green", as we get ready to celebrate Earth day this month.

Windows Basics Friday April 9th @ 2pm

If you have just purchased a computer with Windows or just need a refresher; come to the South Holiday Library on April 9th at 2pm to learn the Basics of Windows.  We will discuss the basics and touch on any version you may have questions about.

Teen Advisory Board Meeting Wednesday April 7 @ 6pm

The Teen Advisory Board, (aka TAB) meets at the South Holiday Library the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm. Make suggestions on programs, books & other materials. Earn volunteer hours and have a great time doing it!

Hands-On Jobs Workshops @ All Pasco Libraries

The Pasco County Library will be offering hands-on job searching workshops for job seekers. Each participant will have an opportunity to find job listings online, fill-in online applications, and prepare online resumes using the Employ Florida website. One-on-one assistance will be provided. Space is limited and registration is requested. Call your local Pasco County Library to register.

Seasonal Kids Craft Corner - Age: Elementary

The South Holiday Library will present a free seasonal craft corner for elementary ages on the following Saturdays @ 2pm;

Preschool Storytime - Tuesdays at 11:00 am

Join us every Tuesday morning at 11:00am at South Holiday Library for Preschool Storytime for ages 3- 5. Presented by one of our Children's Librarians, we'll enjoy stories, songs and activities just for our preschoolers.

No prior registration is required, just come on in!

Sugar and spice and everything nice. Come listen to storytime at least once or twice. A story, a song, a dance or two, we love our little ones and you'll love us, too!

Internet: What's in it for you - for Seniors , Thursday, February 25 @ 2:00 p.m.

The Internet opens doors to all types of information and modes of communication. E-government (electronic government) is a perfect example of this. The amount of information and services provided via the Internet is growing exponentially. Families who live miles apart can communicate daily via Skype, email, Facebook, and MySpace. Videos and pictures of new babies, weddings and anniversaries can be shared almost instantaneously. Join us at your local library as we explore: why you would want to know how to navigate the Internet, places you can go to learn how to use a computer, and the many of the wonderful services and programs that will be at the end of your fingertips once you learn to use a computer to navigate the Internet.
